L’Angolo di Morgan is a restaurant open only upon booking for a small number of people (10-12 maximum). It is designed specifically for those who want to organize an evening of pleasure or work in a quiet hall.
Besides offering an exclusive atmosphere, its peculiarity is the lack of the menu. The dishes served will be chosen with the customer and prepared according to chef Luca Morgan’s creativity, who will select and cook the dishes himself, creating a unique experience.

L’Angolo di Morgan’s wine cellar offers the same delights as the Chimera di Bacco, with over seven hundred labels chosen to enhance the culinary creations and to satisfy the most refined gourmets.
The wine list includes a selection of the best domestic and international productions: from national sparkling wines to prestigious French champagnes; from the excellent house wine to the prestigious “Magnum”.
A wide choice among delicate white wines and full-bodied red wines, to be matched with dishes to enhance flavors and aromas. The most demanding palates can choose between labels from all Italian regions: at the top, Piemontese Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino “millesimato”.
In addition to storing and selecting the precious bottles proposed, the sommelier is always at guests’ disposal for advice on the most suitable combination.
